Atwill, Lda provides to its users an efficient booking service of guided tours and general tourism services.

Atwill Lda. is a ticket broker for the following services: Douro Cruises, FC Porto Museum and Stadium tours, Surf Classes, Wine Cellars visits and Palacio da Bolsa Tour. In these cases, Atwill, lda is simply a broker for the event organizers and therefore cannot be held liable if the event does not take place. Any complain should be filled with the organizers.

 All other events available at www.atwill.tours are planed, organized and fully carried out by Atwill, Lda or its authorized agents and Atwill, Lda will assume responsibility for the events.

 The tickets/vauchers issued by Atwill, Lda. on behalf of the event organizers are issued in full compliance with the organizers instructions.

SAFETY

 Atwill Lda. uses the safest e-commerce technologies and all payments completed on www.atwill.pt are protected.

 Once you purchase an item on www.atwill.pt your banking information is sent through a secure Chanel to...VISA/SECURE CODE... Then, if your bank validates the information, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details.

 Cancelation Policy

No money returns or exchanges will be granted unless the booked event is canceled by Atwill, Lda, its agents or by the event organizer.

 Weather conditions will not cause the cancelation of a booked experience unless Atwill Lda. or its agents so determine. If the experience is cancelled because of weather conditions Atwill Lda. will issue a full refund.
